Please be aware that this policy is only applicable to purchases made through the Worcester Wolves online shop.

We appreciate your purchase from the Worcester Wolves online store! If you need to initiate a return or exchange for your order, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 entitle you to the following:

  • You have 14 days from the moment you receive your order to request a return or cancel your order.
  • After your return request is approved, you have an additional 14 days to send back the items.

To start the return process, please reach out via email at [email protected]. Include your order number, a screenshot or attachment of your order confirmation, and the reason for your return or exchange. We’ll ask you a few questions before we can approve your request.

  • Remember, any items you return must be unused or unworn and in their original condition, complete with tags still attached.
  • If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you will either receive a full refund or have the option to exchange it.
  • Please note that refunds cannot be issued if you were aware of any faults with the item at the time of purchase.
  • Additionally, if you have caused damage to the item by attempting to repair it yourself or having someone else do so, you will not be eligible for a refund.

There are certain situations where the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not grant you the right to cancel your order or obtain a refund unless the goods are defective. This includes:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items sealed for health protection and hygiene purposes
  • Perishable goods
  • CDs, DVDs, or computer software

Keep in mind that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We also cannot guarantee delivery times or take responsibility for lost returned packages, so we recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
